I was fascinated by the San People or Bushmen of Botswana. It's a dying culture as the modern age moves ever closer and threatens their very existence.
The people were so friendly and accommodating, and spoke of how the young people are no longer interested in learning how to hunt, or to find food; they were more interested in draw of the big cities.
But for my brief encounter with history, of moving back to basics and the simplicity of life, it was very refreshing.
