Toyko is the first place that I've seen high rise buildings where each floor is a different restaurant. This restaurant is in a building that is a department store - it has a branch of Muji and other. On the fifth floor there is a pub and three or four restaurants including an Italian place. Plus on 1st floor Baskin Robin. I tried Orions, that offered a nice meal at a really reasonable price.
