Member opinion: This is a legendary restaurant that has been recently reconstructed, with rooftop on the 22nd floor. Food is Russian, like in any other good restaurant, nort significatively especial, but the views!!! 360 degrees panoramic views in an open terrace! They open at noon and remain open when the last customer wants to leave.
