Member opinion: Excellent modest resyaurant close to the railway station. The owner (he is my good friend), Tokhtaali Ablakhatovich, is from Kashgar, Sinkiang, China, and also speaks chinese. The food is from Central Asia, very cheap and good quality. Mante and plov are the specialities.
