HELP! Why doesn't it work?

Whenever I try to get to my personal information, I get to the help.internet-optimizer.com page where they tell me that the file is not found. What am I supposed to do now? Thats how I check if the problem is at GLOBO or on my own system/browser. I have also solved a lot by updating my browser, some plugins were missing. Your homepage seems OK to viewers, ive just made a guestbook entry. Yesterday I had the same problem on a different system. I just found out, that it is possible to modify but not to actually see my homepage. I have the same problem with everyone else's homepage. Can't see any of them, I go direct to help.internet-optimizer.com. It is not really a major problem but more anoying then anything else. Do you know what I can do about a crazy extension? I had a similar problem in April - it ended up being a computer virus of the type "browser hijacker". Only reinstalling the system could fix it because it prevented any other request doing anything other than going to "ab~~t.com"!
