Hi

The other day I went to a restaurant in my hometown Stavanger and I had one Norwegian traditional dish called smalahove. It is actually half a sheep/lamb head which has been cooked and you can eat the flesh on the cheek, the eye, the tongue and so on. It was pretty tasty actually :-) I'm just wondering if there are other countries around the world where you eat lamb head like this...or any other "strange" food like this.

Here is a link to a picture of the dish: http://www.matoppskrift.no/images/sesong/smalahove.jpg
