Member opinion: Kaya House is a guest house located at Patong beach in Phuket (about 7 minutes walk from the beach, close to the shopping area, and pretty much in the center of things). The greatest advantage of this guest house is that the rooms are really good and cheap. all the rooms contain air-con, hot shower inside the room, tv, mini refrigerator, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean (cleaned everyday). The ladies in the office are really nice and friendly, and will help you with whatever you need. They also sell trips and flights, etc. (travel agency). I highly recommend Kaya House.
