Many thanks for your congratulations and indeed comments on the Album of the month. I have downloaded a few pictures this month but it is a daunting task to keep up every month.
Thank you for your comments on the 30 clicks slide show! It was one I just strung together from the pictures that I have downloaded over the past year! I was going to make it around the world in 80 clicks - - but thought that might be too much for everybody!!
I still have so much to upload to GLOBO - but of course I am limited monthly!

I read your article about Alcida..And I disagree with you..Alcida is not a dying community..There might not be any stores or anything around here..but thats just because what is it worth having it up here in the woods if we can just drive 5 minutes not even...and have everything we need. I grew up in Alcida and Its the best place on earth! You have to live here to really know what Alcida is about. We are not in any kind of crises. Every year there are new young couples who decide to come live here. And Alcida is Definitely Not Just a Road!!!! Its a community where people are close, everybody knows eveybody. Something that is hard to find these days. And even if there aren't any clubs or pubs around here, you can still have the best time...you just have to be a little creative, and love the outdoors. Alcida Is a Beauty Like No Other! Alcida Will Live On!!!

Hi Vicki-Krista,
thank you so much for reading my report on Palma and signing my guest book. And apologies for the delay in answering, I have been very busy at work, had a house guest for the last 10 weeks and healthwise things could be better (This wretched flu!!).

ps - by the way that spider friend of mine was about the size of my palm. Sadly I had to kill him !! He was very co-operative after his death regarding taking snaps !! He surprised me with an unexpected visit to my study at 11.30pm one night, ha ha ha.
