Hugh, Thanks for reading about Madurodam. If ever you come to the netherlands it is worth a visit. I was there last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed it. My last visit was 15 years ago (I used to live quite close). Lots of things had changed, new buidlings and the ones I had expected to see were no longer there. Fortunately it was not crowded at all, so I could stroll along at leisure.

You live in one of the wonderful countries above this world. I think that's why your gallery is full of beautiful shots. Your gallery is my number one :) I would like to say something in Gaelic but I have forgotten. it was something like this: slang agnus beannocht. Am I right?
Take care!

Thanks for your kind words on my pictures from the rose emporium. I'm really not sure about what kind the daisies are and whether they are imported.
The antique rose emporium in Indpendence Tx is one of the most visited places in the region in spring. This is a giant exotic garden with varieties of roses and native plants, combined in a beautiful setting (Kitchen garden, water garden, childrens' garden..and the bottle tree are just beautiful)
I shall upload more pictures when time permits.
Warm Regards
Akhila
