Hi David, I found your excellent website and signed up to it, I also tried to invite you as a friend but have been denied by Globo, I would very much like you to keep in touch, you have been a lot of help. Keep Well, Tony.

I think I may have found an answer to my problem, because I am using scanner to load photos into a folder and then uploading to the web the scan takes the whole of the a4 table and the reciever cannot put text on this so it puts the text underneath the whole page. I will try to find a programme that will allow me to crop the page and leave only the picture, regards Tony

Hi David, I can't remember whether I already gave you an update on my problem, if so, forgive me, I was advised to contact Andy who directed me to the help group, I sent a message and am at present awaiting a reply, someone must know what I'm doing wrong, maybe my steam driven kit is the problem!!. Regards, Tony.

Hi David, thanks for taking the trouble to look at it again. both the picture and the text uploaded fine but the text is right at the bottom of the page!. could I have filled this space with more text or is there another way to present the photo. I have mailed Andy but have yet to recieve a reply, keep well, Tony.

Hi David, success at last the text was accepted! there seems to be a rather big gap between the picture and the text, is this normal or do I need to do something else?. regards, Tony.

Hi david, I took your advice on pics and after a solid week of trying I have just managed to add mine to my profile. I hope to be able to add a couple to my next travel report, regards, Tony.

Thanks, I do many pictures from plane, but this is one of my nice. And when somebody like you think the same that I can be proud from this picture.
Many thanks indeed for your comments on my recent material on Libya. Ostia Antica baths were truly great and so were those in Trier (Germany). To better illustrate the size and splendour of those in Leptis Magna I posted a few more photos of them.

You have about 4 years on me as an immigrant Tyke. I came, by choice, for work on the power stations and have loved it ever since. I think the foreign travel is out for us for a year or two so I am going to enjoy some more of Gods Own Country, and Norfolk as well. I fell over this site a couple of days ago and I am very impressed by it. I look forward to seeing more of your travels.
