I always enjoy seeing your pictures, most of them being from a different perspective as the usual. Now also your series of the Palace of Versailles - some pictures from way above the position of other visitors. Is the roof or are balconies open to general public? Being a hobby gardener myself, I love the views and art of horticulture shown in these pictures.

Hi Marielle
How on earth did I miss seeing this When you firat posted it. Thank goodness this award has given me another chance.
I'm glad we don't have an all-time album award as there would be too much competition and having to choose would be invidious - but this would have to be a strong contender.
If you could find time to tell me a bit about the feasibility of seeing the park by public transport, I should be most grateful.
Cheers
David

Album-of-the-Month "Le Parc du Mercantour":
Congratulations for winning this and your third well deserved award too. The slideshow (52 beauties) is wonderful mixture of nature and culture of the area. I'm sure a lot of these pictures were considered for PoM too!
