Mexico sounds really fun I hope you have a nice time. I did not have any other travels plans before I go back to London - at which point I will be able to plan for this year.
I am planning to go to China this summer, and I would love to see Tibet. I am told that, for some very strange reasons, I need to get a permit to enter and then visit Tibet. I had a look around on various websites and I learning that to get one is not simple. One has to buy a tour with a local travel agent otherwise - no go!
Some even advise not to put Tibet on the main Chinese visa application, as this may result in a refusal to enter People's Republic of China.
I am not sure if you have the latests, but if you were recently, would you share your experiences?
