Thanks for your message, which I've drawn to Jorge's attention as well. We are both delighted to hear that our trips have proved useful to another member.
Great country isn't it? I bet you go again -as I have and mean to.
Happy New Year

Rafal. Thanks a lot for the Sandomierz photos. looks very inviting. The guards are very young boys, what are they guarding?

Hi Rafal
I see Marianne is in front of me saying just what I was going to say. That means at least two members would like to know more of what looks a fascinating town.
If you click on Sandomierz on your own profile, you can follow the instructions to do a travel guide of up to 1000 characters [including spaces.]
Thanks for the photos

I would love to see more photos and possible read a report about Sandomierz. Sounds very interesting.
Chile is a country on my wishlist. Where exactly did you go? and what is the best time of year to visit? I look forward to more photos in January

Thanks fo rthe compliment. I take lots of notes while travelling and before going to a place I try to find unusual places to visit.
Your hotel in Sandomierz looks very nice, and only at €30 is is really a bargain. Just one question where is Sandomierz?
And another question where is Bydgoszcz? I read today that Ryanair starts flight to this place from Weeze in Germany.
One more question How on earth can you pronounce szcz?

Oops, my error! Thanks for correcting me, the Baltic States and the Balkan States are worlds apart. Never feel afraid to give advice or issue criticism at GLOBO even if some don't like it. Together we make GLOBO better and challenging :-) RRG

I read your tip of the Soviet Sculpture Park, very inetersting. It is good to know where it is. I will certainly go there when in Lithuania
I really enjoyed reading your new report, unfortunately I didin't get a chance to comment (I seem to be trigger happy). Your pictures of the buildings were stunning.
