Member opinion: This is one of the very few hotels where foreigners are accepted. Previously you need a North Korean visa which can be obtained in the North Korean Embassy in Beijing, China. This is a colossal hotel with 45 floors and over 500 double rooms (no singles available), constructed like a giant Arch of Triumph. It is located in the centre, besides a Metro station and the river Taedong.
