Member opinion: There are a couple of Lori's Diners in SF. My Favorite is on Powell, right on the Cable Car line, two blocks down from Union Square, toward Market. The portions are large and the price is reasonable. Best of all, they have 2nd floor window seating right on Powell for some of the best people watching around. Breakfast is terrific but the lunch time burgers are the best. We have gone just for dessert too - old fashion hot fudge sundaes and the classic spinning glass case of pies and cakes.
