Member opinion: When you hear the word "Hyatt", you picture luxury rooms nice staff, and regal amenities. This one might be an exception. When we got there, we were greeted by confusion and chaos. Their "driveway" thing was crowded and stagnant. The valet took our luggage with them so we didn't have luggage. The check-in counter wasn't better. It was understaffed and slow. Our luggage finally arrived an hour late! It does have nice rooms, and we got free breakfast coupons just for complaining. Try this hotel as your last resort. They were setting up for New Year's, that is no excuse.
