Mustafapasa - Wine Country's by siffer

Mustafapasa - Turkey, Nev¶ehir Mustafapasa lies in a fertile valley and is the center of Cappadocian wine production sold almost entirely to local stores and restaurants. Into the late 20th C, it was made in the old fashioned way by barefooted women. Grape syrup is another important product of the valley. Here, a close up view of the cave dwellings so recently occupied.
