The Monastery of St. John the Theologian is situated in the village Souroti, 20km away from the airport of Thessalonica. On July 12th 1994, Elder Paisios reposed and was buried at the Monastery, next to the church of St Arsenios the Cappadocian. The Monastery is open from: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00.
