Cantvieja is a village in the Maestrazgo area in the province of Teruel [Aragón]. It's a vital link in a public transport circuit based on Valencia {train to Teruel [three a day - or bus], bus to Cantavieja [1500 in April 2005], bus to Morella in the province of Castellón, [Valencia] [0545!], bus to Castellón [0740], train to Valencia [frequent - stopping at Sagunto if required]}.
In Cantavieja there is a limited amount to see, the main church and the arcaded buildings containing the ayuntamiento [town hall] and the TIC.
If you go through the open arcade and look right, you will realise that some buildings are directly over a sheer rock face, but it would need quite a tiring walk to capture this on photograph.
If you have time to stay a few days, there must be some enjoyable walking in the Maestrazgo mountains. [edit text][editors]
