Ronda probably gets more visitors staying than any other inland city in Andalucía, except Granada and Cordoba and it gets loads of day visitors from the Costa del Sol resorts on coach excursions.
Unlike the other visitor magnets in Andalucía, its principal visitor magnet is not man-made but a single natural feature, El Tajo, the great limestone gorge. You will want to stop on the bridge over it to look down, to eat or drink at the restaurant beside it and look across and to descend the footpath and look up. In civil was times it's saiid they went further and threw prisoners down to conserve ammunition!
There are man-made sights as well, once you are there. The bullring is the oldest in Spain and has a museum. Across the bridge in the old town you will find the Palacio del Marques de Salvatierra, the Mondragon Palace and the Cathedral.
