Member opinion: Relaxing and attracting, this bar-pub- restaurant is in pretty old building and has original art on it walls. It offers a choice of Bolivian food (I haven't tried - I was there only for a drink). Prices are higher than average in Sucre (small beer was 1,5 USD) there was also annoucement about live music, but I haven't heard.
