Just like "comment" and "signature" could we have a feature in our profiles called "Travel Plans" where can we state our next planned trips or ideas or even just dreams? I hope those planned countries would also show up on our maps (say in pink or purple and a maximum of say 20) together with ALL the countries we have visited or photographed or provided tips for, not only based on the reports we are forced to write. Alternatively, the map could be constructed by honestly clicking boxes in a list of countries for:
- lived or worked there (also more than one)
- travelled there (at least left the aircraft or ship)
- plan to go there next (max 5)
- dream of going there (max 15)
Thanks to Akihla for generating this idea. I plan one or two short budget trips in Europe this year, considering: Dalmatian Coast, Baltic States, Helsinki & St.Petersburg or French Riviera & Monte Carlo. My next intercontinental flight will most likely be to family working in Costa Rica in 2009 and hopefully India and China by 2010? My dream islands I MUST visit before I die: Sint Maarten (Caribbean) and Palawan (Philippines)!
