For a single traveller on a budget, I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are simple - a TV, shower stall heating, mini fridge. Room looks newly renovated at the time I stayed there. I thought the room was great for AUD70 per night (promotional price). There are lifts and an adjacent restaurant. Really close walking distance to the Spencer Street Bus Station, if you're taking the Skybus shuttle from the airport. Setback - The TV is placed to too high close to the ceiling, cramps your neck if you're sitting looking up... The closest attractions are the Rialto towers, aquarium, Yarra River and Crown Entertainment Complex. Check the website for current room rates.....
