This hotel doesn't have a good central location in Kuala Lumpur. Then it's located between two rail stations - 'Bandaraya' and 'Sultan Ismail' (I recommend commuting from the first one). However the nearest attractions are the Chow Kit Area, Sogo Shopping Centre and Jalan Masjid India Area, with the last mentioned being popular for a wide range of fabrics. Getting to other attractions in the city is tricky as the rail networks here are not truly intergrated (exit completely from elevated lines to change to underground lines, no unified ticket system). The road in front of the hotel is not taxi-friendly (one-way, busy traffic on evenings, tough for them to filter right at the next junction when venturing out of the hotel). Room-wise it was pretty average. My rating's based on the location. The hotels in the Bukit Bintang Area are better in comparison to location here.
