The hostel in located in a good neighbourhood. On rue Mouffetard itself you'll be to find quaint shops and restaurants, and there is a laundromat nearby. You cannot expect much from a hostel, but you'd have to watch out for the really narrow stairwell and corridors. But it's plus points overweighs this - being in a good neighbourhood and that the road (rue Mouffetard) is a not a busy road. Suitable for those who don't want to wake up to busy morning traffic. It's nearest attraction is the Pantheon and some walking distance to Boulevard St Germain and Boulevard St Michel. There is also an open market around the area. Be sure to try the crepes and paninis from the takeaways from the upper side of Rue Mouffetard.
