Member opinion: This drab hotel, where time has stood still since 1970s. It looks like the hotel, located very near the UK and French embassies, was frequented by Russians mainly. The receptionist did not speak much English, but his Russian was slightly better, which worked for me. The single use twin room with barhroom was 400,000 rials (€27), which wasn't the greatest value. The Internet cafe downstairs was closed.
