Member opinion: The Upper Deck, or TUD, is the only Sports Bar & Grill in town. Food is excellent and atmosphere is very up to date and comfortable. Offers a segregated non-smoking section (very rare in China) and a kids room. Very popular with professionals and families. Big Screen TV for sporting events. TUD also sponsors an International Golf Club with free membership! May be a little pricey for backpackers and students.
