....when i'm on the road again would like also to upload about 100 pictures per month, sometimes all on one day or 25 per week. Now that we are so many members, it has occured often that the 24-hour review is flooded. The uploaderes loose the viewers and the viewers dont' even know the picture is there!!!
The current system shows only MAXIMAL 50 entries per day FOR ALL MEMBERS or per loggin unless you are staff and loggin 10x per day??? I would like to loggin once a week and still have the option to see every members entries (uploads), not just the last 50!
Result:
R1) it looks like flooding,
R2) other member pictures get lost in the 24-hour review (specially the new and imp newbie)
R3) even the last-logon-review doennt help to list more than 50, one must guess to search.
R4) our pictures then are not alwys seen therefore not always rated
R5) unrated pictures/items are never rewarded
R6) not rated items get lost in the databank
I know why I found about 1000 never rated pictures at GLOBO, they were lost in flooding, interested members were just not logged on that week!
SOLUTIONS: What do members and staff think?
S1) create a 7-day (even 28-day) overview ?
S2) expand the viewable 24-overview to unlimited (or 500)items?
S3) expand the viewable "since-last-logon" to 100 (or 200) items?
S4)limiting uploads and entries to 20 pictures/items per day? Brakes :-(
S4) don#t do nothin and hang-out tiill whenever we all loose intresst ~~~~~~
Members, this place is great. Let's slowly slowly make it better according to our needs as requested and confirmed. We are a community, we decide, just say it!

It is amazing to see somebody so active on this website. I noticed these issues for the first time, only after reading your post.
Would it be easier to have a way to select pictures by date-posted, in the main section "http://www.globosapiens.net/gallery/" for all pictures. Currently, I assume, these are ordered by ratings.

Solution: When logging in, log in ONLY at the main page and a mask will appear showing a summary of ALL changes since your last logon. Use THOSE links to see new entries, also more than 50. This mask is often lost but notice the URL for new photographs, you can COPY & PASTE to your browser(just clicking on the link here DOES NOT WORK), example:
http://www.globosapiens.net/subapp_gallery/index.php?fuseaction=search_engine&step=4&date=20071123112536&page=01 ...where the numbers at the end are a 14-digit date-time group [YEAR+MONTH+DAY+HOUR+MINUTES+SECONDS]
One can copy and paste this URL to the browser command field and change the date to that you last think you reviewed pictures and Voila!
NB: this works (extremely helpful) for reports too, one can for example list all reports in the current monthly too.

Akhila thank you, at least one (of many) intelligent member has noticed! You reported! This problem exists till to today. Only the the last 50 entries of hundreds are shown! Today only 50 of 151 only. RR :- (
the last 50 is not an error it is intended. If you put no limit there the list would take forever to load. It is simply a performance issue. Look at how much info is displayed there. That box has the most broad info on GLOBO. It is quite tough to to gather that much info like now in one place like it is right now. Increasing it from 50 to 100 for example might not be a good idea.
