I'm new here, just a question: I'm going to book hotel on "viamichelin.com", it's the first time I book hotel online, is it safe? Or do you have any better suggestions? Thanks first! Do they have a customer service number that you can call and talk to a real person? that would give me a little more confidence, if you've never heard of the site or used them before.
