Some people from MAG that I meet in Cambodia came some weeks ago to Barcelona to talk about all that. To remove a single mine could cost as much as $1000. Landmines murder and maim over 26,000 people a year. Cambodia is such a beautiful country with wonderful people, it pains me to see that not only have they suffered such an atrosity but they continue to feel the repercussions.
