I am considering doing a divemaster intership next year. I originally looked at Central America especially Honduras as a good place to go to do this but I have just found a website for Mermaids dive centre in Pattaya, Thailand and this seems to offer a fairly good all inclusive deal. Does anyone know anything about this? Has anyone done an Internship and if so do they have any recommendations?? I am fairly flexible as to the destination, the most important thing for me would be the quality of the tuition.

I don't really know, but in my experience I think it all depends on the instructor/s you have. I don't know how you find out what they are like, except to ask people who have been taught by them.
Second consideration would be that it would be much more comfortable to do it in warm water, so choose a location like that.
