Domestic airfares in Argentina?

For the foreigners they are much more expensive... Does anybody know how strict is this rule? Can I buy this fare on Arrival to Argentina for pesos? "An Argentine friend tells me that there are six or seven domestic air fares available to him, but that only one of them, the unrestricted, "B" fare, is available to foreign nationals. Sometimes they let you slide just depends on the agent. There are some travel agents that play a bit looser and issue tickets at that rate and that seems to work without a problem.
