Perhaps three different errors?
Look at the times of the entries for the photo comments at:
www.globosapiens.net/mistybleu/pictures-elephant-crossing-48046.html They are currently not in chronological order. Is the local time in the members time zone showed? We should use one time, GMT or now also known as UTC (Universal Time Coordinated)?
When I logged at 10:00 (GMT) today on this pic was not on the list of new pictures, was surprised to see then so many comments after discovering the pic in a travel tip!
We often miss seeing new contributions (reports, pics etc.) that are uploaded DURING our logged-in session unless one refreshes the 24-hour review just seconds before logging out! Perhaps the programming that determines "Content Canges since last login..." uses log-OUT time instead better log-IN time?
