Hi Members and Staff,
over the years I have thought of how we could promote and motivate the community. My own notes on the left-hand-side vertical "Your Menu" toolbar have accumulated and I hope some of my ideas will be appreciated:
I always found "My Profile" and "Upload" correct.
Options "Forum" and "Chat" are now in the yellow vertical bar but do not disturb here .
The Top 10 or 20 (not only 3) members window should be extended to shown for more:
- last week
- last month
- last year
- all time
Members online also ALL (a window of three is OK ) but also show the amount of current guests (those not logged on or visitors).
I love the moving member profile snaps: instead of one row of 5 perhaps 3 or five rows? I have often picked up new contact or contact to other members here, a lot do not upload there personal images immediately. Would this slow down the site?
Other resources is fine as well as the large horizontal white bar above. Who still runs at 800 wide cant we put all the advertising in the current grey area on the right of our screens?
Some ideas, hope members have more before the next update of GLOBOsoftware and design....

Staff please rather OMIT the points and rather show us a simple list of the 10-20 best!
While the points and rating system are important tools for staff and the community, the "results" are just as important required on the main-homepage, just correct or the exact details perhaps elsewhere?
