I am a 17 year old lesbian, currently living in germany (but i'm from england) My fiancee lives in Washington, USA, and i was wondering...is it possible for us to get a fiancee visa, being a gay couple?

Hey T.D. I know you can only get the Fiance visas if you intend to marry, I dont know what the law is in that state which governs that sort of thing for your situation. Couple of words of advice.... make sure your partner really is" the one" befor you start going through what is a very lengthy, financially and emotionaly draining process. and make sure you hire an Imigration Lawyer...they can speed up the whole process. Again.... make sure she is the one for you T.D. and make sure you know EXACTLY what you are letting yourself in for. D.C. is a beautifull city... just make sure you go for all the right reasons!!!
