Any ideas? I have a really great plane pillow that I would get as a gift for travelers, it's top of the line (the bad ones don't work, but the well-made ones do). I once bought my boyfriend car insurance when he traveled to Mexico. Films of places that people like to travel are always good (I am planning a trip to India because of a movie I saw called "Outsourced" - and I once gave my friend Before Sunset and Before Sunrise before he visited Vienna and he really liked that as an introduction) esp. now that people can watch DVD's on the plane. Another great travel gift is the homeopathic remedy called "No Jet-Lag", or a kit of supplements like Vitamin C and probiotics to help a traveler adjust their system to a new place.
