Always amazing, the Iguazu Falls is one of the most requiered tour if not the most from visitors to Argentina. The park and sorrounding need a minimum stay of 2 full days and 1 night, to get the most of it. Its located in isiones province bordering with Brazil and Paraguy.
Robert De Niro´s " The Mission" was filmed in the area and promoted it.
As in many places worlwide, each spot has unique stories regarding very special people that inhabited the area. In our case it was a Vasque from the Spanish Pirineos that after a bet where he would travel through Argentina with a wheel barrow started his "tour" for 11 years ending in the Iguazu Falls where he lived in a house built with cans filled w/ concrete. He was the first guide to the falls, passed away in the 60 s. Rests of his "house" maybe seen near Salto Dos Hermanas.
