Inexpensive hotel in Djibouti?

Can anybody recommend inexpensive hotel in Djibouti who will send me by fax such a confirmation? And here is the answer: Djibouti is VERY expensive for budget travellers. The last expensive accommodation will be probably Auberge Sable Blanc - they charge around 30 USD per running-down a/c room. But do not expect they will send you confirmation of booking... So go to your friendly travel agent - let him write: "We booked the room for ...." and present this in French consulate...
