I just sent a message to Mistybleu (Amanda) and to Mortimer (Martin). I copied my note to Martin. I received this automatic reply from the system:
Our system has detected this as a SPAM TEXT!
An email has been sent to our service team. Your account will be checked and
in case the system is right, your account will be deleted imediatelly without
any warning!
What in the world is going on?

The same happened to me about 6 months ago when trying to send the same message to two members. As the error warns, staff possibly checked it but didn't delete my account, phew!
At first I was annoyed but then realised and now appreciate this security function. It is protecting all of us members from misuse, spam, also flooding. I now bare* with it because I rarely need to send the same message to two or more members, if, then use the forum for all to see. Just imagine the work staff would have if someone mischievously posted the same text or advertising to ALL of us overnight!

Thanks for the information, Rudi. I know that the majority of the active members would never try to subvert the system and irritate the others. Most of us get along very well. So, I was really concerned when that message popped up. As you said, it is better to be safe, though.
I guess that I will just have to stop being lazy and manually type out each message that I wish to send.
