I wish more new members would ask questions in the GLOBOforums rather than get aggravated or confused. Pioneer, senior and really most members are here to help you.
To invite friends, firstly you must be logged on. You know this if you refresh current page and the "logout" option still appears in the left-hand-side menu under the "My Profile" & "Upload" field.
Then go to your selected friends GLOBOhomepage and click on his/hers "friends" button in the bar, example:
and click on the bar "add globotest to your friends"
You should then get a popup that the message has been sent. When (and if) the receiver responds, they will soon appear then in your own "friends" list.

Friends are made after a lot of time, dedication and trust. You may first upload a picture of yourself and some travel experiences, photo, tips or comments first?
Some members collect friends like postage-stamps, others understand each other perfectly as dynamic co-travelers. Only a very few will ever meet eventually or marry. All though share adventures, stories, pain and delight .....
