I prefer the #2 advertisement. The name of the website is very long for such a small place. Do you not cover the whole island and its surroundings, connections to Vancouver? How about just:
www.vancouver-island.info www.vancouver-island.net Those domains are available from sido.com or godaddy.com respectively.
Again, an around way of advertising this commercial travel site :-)
Not many of us are web-designers so response on you request might be disappointing here. How about uploading some images, tips and a report on/of Victoria for us here. Once you have contributed something to GLOBOsapiens you should find a good reaction and even some friends. Also, not many have been to that city, try contact members in that region using the 'member search' tool for good opinions? RRG
