This relates to the last sequence [Is it me or the site?] but as it contains some help [I hope] I thought it was better with a new title.
I now realise that I did cause the problem myself and this is to help others avoid it.
PROBLEM - You have followed the invaluable advice elsewhere on the site and done your report in an off-site template. You have done your copying and pasting as far as 'What you like special.'
You click on 'next' and get a message telling you that the page can't be printed at the moment - use refresh or try later. You click on 'Refresh' and get an apologetic message from the site asking you to report the error.
CAUSE OF PROBLEM - For some reason it isn't possible to copy many URLs from their webpage to your template and then to the report site you were trying.
APPARENT SOLUTION - Copy and paste PART of your report from the template, omitting any URL you have copied. Then procede as though this is all you want until your report is done - the title of course making it clear that it's incomplete.
Then click on edit and [lo and behold] you will have no problem in copying and pasting the rest of your report including the offending URL.
and if you knew this already, I wish I'd known what to ask!
