Hi Vicki,
There seems to be quite a few technical difficulties with these. I suppose its quite complex but hope staff can fix it. Till then, patience I suppose. For current threads see also:
that is strange, since it works on about all computers I do have access to.
Are you sure that you do not block popups or similar technique? If yes, try to disable that for GLOBO and try it again. The page opens up in a new window and even if the page where you clicked on loads the home page after you click, a new window with the slide show should be open.
Let me know if this works or not and I will investigate.

Hi Andy,
after lifting the pop-up blocker the slideshows still do not work with AOL/DSL/Win98, neither at my neighbour AOL/modem/WinXP. Atleast it works for some members and we can view the individual pics under "pictures" anyway. The problem is possibly a provider thing.

Sorry, Andy, bot I'm not convinced about so many computers going on the blink and I stress that it has only happened recently with no change in my internet explorer
Kris dated it to the changed format of this site - I wouldn't know. I only found the problem when I checked after reading his letter.
I do realise that it's difficult to believe it's a site fault when some people still have no problem but your ideas are wide of the mark so far.
To summarise: I don't use firefox and I used not to have this problem.
Recognising a problem doesn't mean it's solved but the right definition must help.
Cheers, David

Hi Vicki, I tried changing a title picture to one of my albums and you are right - its not deletable at the moment. After clicking on "delete cover picture" one is taken back to the list of albums but the picture is still there (even after "refresh" or retrying). We can live with this at the moment but if not fixable at least the change option should be temporarly removed for now?
Well done Andy, to VK's second point at least I got an error message now asking to adjust our internet settings, I added "globosapiens.net" to the list of trusted sites for cookies etc in the settings for Internet Explorer 6.0 (AOL 9.0 runs piggy-back on that browser) and wow, the slide-shows now work again.
