South India_Kerala & Tamil Nadu_ weather_Novemeber?

Some articles state the best time to go there is between November and March; another warn of monsoon.. In Tamilnadu the rainy season starts around last week of Oct..(infact the rainy season already started and as of today there is a low pressure area in Bay of Bengal) and there has been heavy rain due to which all educational institutions remain closed today!! Ofcourse it deosn't rain everyday exception being when there is a depression in Bengal Bay. You may take a chance to visit Tamilnady once the depression in the sea is off.
