I dont belive it... after 15 years of world travel I finaly went and Missed my plane!!! I got the wrong day... so Im stuck here in washington untill I get it sorted... problem is...I dont really wanna go.. yes I met someone !!! but Im trying to sort things out which is hard ..Im staying at my mates house while hes away on his honeymoon I have no working phone not much cash and no transportation!!! Any ideas?? Any advice is welcome..... !!!

Ive missed an international flight 3 times too/before. That was scary! The airlines (3 various) where willing (and did) put me on the next available, without extra charge, yea! One even gave me a free hotel stay, one at a 50% airline-personnel discount rate at their hotel and the third we had to find our own way. Im careful now, usually traveling on a quite tight budget always double-check arrarrangemments!
NB: last hope: your (or any ones) embassy will/must always get you back to your home country quickly if required, specially if you are without cash or any danger. Always notify them im times of special need or dispair...
