Graylock and spend a couple nights in the Mountains I got an injury that found me laid up at the Harbour House Inn, Cheshire, Ma. It is a fine B&B, and the care takers are grade A. I didn't realize it first but with me I had also brought into those mountains my troubles of everyday life. After being at the Harbour house for a day, I believe that those very troubles were washed away. I hiked a small portion of the trail in Southern Virginia about 25 years ago..long time.. but remember enjoying it very much. Read Bill Brysons book about the Appalachian Trail..
