Anyone been to Corsica recently, say inside the last 12 months?
I'm planning an extended trip through Mediterranean Europe and Corsica is one of my dream destinations.
I'm hoping to spend a couple of weeks there (more, if possible) and I'd be very interested if anyone can give me some constructive feedback on good/bad places, must-sees, walking, beaches, cool villages to visit, cultural highlights, getting around (especially the buses and trains) and so on.
Since a lot of you guys out there seem to live in Europe (when you're not travelling) I figure someone must know something - Corsica does not seem to be a well-travelled destination.
