I have found very good prices with UK insurance company : globelink and world wide insure but I don't know them. It's basically a realtime travel update and healthcare service that runs off whatever cell phone or computer you happen to be connected to. It's not quite travel insurance, but it sure helps keep safe. Disclosure: I'm working with the company that makes mPassport, and they do travel health insurance - HTH worldwide.
