Dear South Africa's experts!
Yes, I was reading that in Drakensberg Mts there is second high waterfal of the world -the Tugela.
Since I am great waterfall fan (see my waterfall page here:
www.kontynenty.tpi.pl/Waterfalls.htm and Angel report in GS) I would like to go and see Tugela in February. But... one traveller said that it is completly dry now! Ufff!
Could you authorize that?
