I plan to visit Redwood NP by rented car,
then the glimpse of Crater Lake...
Start from Portland on Sept 24th.
Anybody intrested to join and share the cost?

Thanks everybody for the response...
I just returned from Redwood NP. The huge trees are fantastic!
I highly recommend Redwood Youth Hostel to stay -
it is small, cozy and well maintained place
with spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean
just from the dining room... I visited around 200
countries staying very often at Y's - this is one of the best!
